What would become IPOCI began to take shape on February 9th, 2009 when a missionary team, composed of members from certain regions of Asia,  made a visit to Ilo Ilo City, Philippines for the purpose of challenging the church leadership to live holy, even as God, Himself is holy (1 Pet 1:16).  We were challenged to commit to separating ourselves from sin & compromise (II Tim 2:19 & 21) & (Rom 13:14), to become the erect pillars, neccessary to the preparation for the return of The Lord.  There were 30 pastors in attendance at that first session.  By February 14th, only 4 remained.

There are many who use 1 Jn 1:9 to excuse their continued sin, claiming that we are in a fallen state.  These are no doubt the same folks who make the claim that they are sinners, saved by grace.  These people error in both of these matters.  First they fail to recogize to whom the writing is being made in 1 Jn 1:9.  It becomes rather obvious, once your eyes fall down to the 1st verse of the following chapter: "My Little Children"!  Not My Sons & Daughters (Rom 8:19/AMP):  "For (even the whole) creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God's sons to be made known (waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship"!  In Jn 8:11 there is the account of the woman caught in adultry, to whom Yeshua said, "Neither do I condemn thee; go & sin no more"!  If it were not possible, surely He would not have spoken it (Phil 4:13) & (Mt 26:41)  The current state of the church is apostacy (the leadership/pillars is/are crooked, failing to provide clear, Godly direction & instruction); &, as the leadership goes, so too goes most of the members of the congregation!  As to the sinners saved by grace claim, Rom 3:23 reads, "For all have sinned & come short of the glory of God", while Rom 5:8 declares, "But God commendeth His Love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us".  Notice that The Word is not indicative of continued sin.  Both the words have & were are past tense;  not present tense!  Pastors ought not to be continuing in infancy;  they should have matured into Sonship, without permission to continue to commit sin!

The primary mission & focus of IPOCI is to travel throughout The Philippines, South-east Asia; &, to the whole of the world, as we are led by The Holy-Spirit, for the purpose of challenging the leadership of the church to separate themselves from sin & all manner of compromising conduct.  To identify those who are willing to make that committment; &, to become the pillars in their sectors; who will also join in the mission of taking  the challenge to their local church leadership & beyond.

The goal of IPOCI  is simply this, to PREPARE THE WAY OF THE LORD & TO MAKE IT STRAIGHT!!!  We have a duty to ensure that we prepare ourselves, our families; &, the members of our congregations for Christ's ever-nearing return!  We have a duty to them & to you to encourage you to stop pursuing the things that we have been focused on for centuries; i.e., educational pursuits, career pursuits, marriage pursuits, pursuing the production of children; &, the acquirement of many, many material things (houses, cars, boats, fine jewelry & clothing, etc); &, to change your focus to preparing yourself for the catching away, to Himself, in the clouds, those who have made the choice to live in righteous obedience to The Word of The Lord!
