Tuesday, January 6th, 2009:

British Pastor, Rodney Tillstone Latrobe & his beautiful wife, Rowena visit Praise Christian Center, Ilo Ilo City, RP

Such wonderful people, with a sincere heart, magnifying & exalting The Mighty Name of our Lord!!!  The Word that they shared was so very encouraging & inspiring!!!  They too, have sold all that they've owned, left all behind; &, are answering the call of God in their lives, to serve in the nation of The Philippines, investing all in The Kingdom of God, save what they invested in building their home, in Cebu.  Even that very home will be used to provide accomodations for visiting pastors & missionary workers, as well as providing space for instruction in The Word!  They have brought with them a wonderful vision for the ministry, with discussions, at our house, about building a ministry team, to be known as, Eagles Ministry Team!  As things begin to unfold, I will be sharing more with you, concerning our joint endeavors.  Photos of this meeting, which feature several pastors & their wives, in our San Juan Blvd home, are available for viewing, in the following pages.

Sunday, January 18th:  Rev. Philip D. Roberts of Yeshuan Ministries teaches on the topic of the absolute need  to acknowledge God, in all of our ways; &, the vital importance of not being unequally yoked/wed to someone who does not share an (equal) commitment to obeying God, without reservation!

Sunday, January 25th, 2009:  Eternal Salvation; Yes or No?

Pastor Philip of Yeshuan Ministries puts the matter on trial, before a jury of 17, plus others, at Book of Life Fellowship, located in the province of Tigbauan, Pastored by Mr. Edgar Balayoe.  Prior to the scriptural evidence, provided, during the course of the trial, 5 of the jurors believed that it was, indeed, possible to lose salvation, after being saved; 12, believed that salvation was eternal; &, could not be lost, after already being saved.

At the conclusion of the trial, the 17 member jury, returned the following verdict:  "Eternal" Salvation; once you have been saved, you can not lose your salvation!  They arrived at this conclusion, following the presentation of Scriptural evidence that supports both claims, as to Prima Facia evidence; or, evidence taken at "face value".  Having carefully weighed the evidence, the jury concluded that, by a preponderance of the evidence, presented, that Eternal Salvation is just that, "Eternal"; &, did so by a vote of 14 to 3. Obviously, evidence that exceeded that of "face-value" was required to have been presented.  (PHOTOS PROVIDED)

Monday, February 9th - 13th, 2009:  Prepare The Way of The Lord!

God sends visitors from certain Asian regions to Ilo Ilo City of The Philippines.  Several pastors attended the seminar which they conducted, challenging each of us to separate our-selves, as leaders, from any & all compromising practices; &, to live holy before The Lord!  It would be as a result of our attendance at this very seminar that we would learn what God has established as one of the primary roles & focus of Yeshuan Ministries!

Sunday, February 15th, 2009:  Sharper than any two-edged sword!

Pastor Philip of Yeshuan Ministries delivers a stinging message of rebuke to the congregation, gathered at Praise Center Christian Church, for their slackness concerning the things of God, while challenging each one to examine themselves, in order to answer the question, for themselves, individually, whether their route to heaven, will occur peacefully, via the rapture; or, violently, after having gone through the great tribulation, having their heads (sawed off), prior to their entry.  Rev 7:9, 13 & 14 refers to those whose route is via the latter!  Notice that verse 9 indicates that the number of these people is so great that they could not even be counted!  Finally, I instructed them to ask themselves, as to their current standing or condition, if they are going to hell?  I reminded them about the scriptural requirements of salvation.  No smiles; &, No laughter:  I had definately gotten their attention!  (See photos)

Brother Lerio Celeste of Faith Mission Church, Brother Rodney Toreta of Praise Center Christian Church (in partnership with Yeshuan Ministries), Brother Philip Roberts of Yeshuan Ministries; &, Brother Rodney Toreta of Praise Center Christian Church (in partnership with Yeshuan Ministries) (SEE PHOTO of 4 pillars of Ilo Ilo) pay visit to Roxas City of The Philippines to bring the challenge to the leadership, there, to separate themselves from sinful, compromising conduct, to live holy before The Lord; &, to provide effective, clear, & Godly direction to their congregations, in preparation for Yeshua's eminent return.  4 pillars are identified in Roxas City; &, they are Brother Jomar Cioco & his beautiful wife, Arlene, Brother Roger Adno; &, Brother Ronnie Luna.

Friday, April 3rd, 2009:  Broken-hearted!

Attempt is made by internet scammers to defraud the ministry out of more than half of the monies that have been donated, to date!

A perpetrator; &/or perpetrators, passing him/herself(ves) off as a woman, supposedly 73 years of age & dying of cancer, claiming that her husband & only son were killed in The UK terrorist attacks; &, calling herself Mrs. Rebecca Rose; &, a man, claiming to be The Reverend Martins, whose e-mail address is Martin_Duggan@live.com; &, claiming to be her legal representative, working through AOK Chambers, Solicitor & Barrister, located at the address of 60 Seven Sisters Rd. London NWP23PZ North West London, set in motion a treacherous attempt to defraud the ministry, begining with an e-mail sent by the supposed Mrs. Rebecca Rose on March 30th, 2009.  Yesterday, after having received an e-mail from the supposed Rev. Martins, in which he instructed me to send him funds in the amount of 450 pounds, of which the U.S. equivalent is about $900, to be neccessary to transfer ownership of funds, totaling nearly $6,000,000.00, I began the investigative research process; &, discovered that indeed it was nothing more than a scam!

It isn't enough to experience frusteration over the fact that only one, counted among the people of God, has responded to His inspiration to donate to this portion of His ministry; but, now, to add to that frusteration, finding the devil's sons & daughters to be exceedingly diligent in their obedience to his inspiration to steal more than half the funds that have been donated, to date!!!  I know where the devils people are:  This is their 3rd attempt to steal from this ministry, in as many different ways!  My question is, where are God's people; &, why does it seem that they are more diligent in their sitting upon their blessed assurance, rather than being part of something which would be so mightly miraculous, bringing glory to God, alone?  Where are you?

Monday, April 13th, 2009:  Another attack launched against the Toretas!

Rodney Toreta passed out, as he was attempting to enter the door-way to his residence, during the afternoon of April 13th, 2009, & struck his head!  It is believed that the intense heat played a part in this occurrence.  Rodney was taken to Ben Venito Hospital, located in the subdivision of Jaro, here, in Ilo Ilo City; &, after having been examined, was admitted to ICU for a period of 11 days.  His initial CT Scan proved to be negative; yet, audio/visual observations indicated a difficulty with memory & recognition!  When the nurse held up her thumb & asked him to tell her what it was called, his reponse was, pants!  When she held up the first digit of the same hand, he told her that it was a tee-shirt!  Also, his wife heard him to make several incoherent statements.  A second CT Scan was ordered; &, the results indicated a small blood clot had formed in his brain.  When I was able to visit him, for the first time, on April 15th, I heard him inquire of his wife as to where his brother Rodney was; so, she asked him if he knew what his own name was; & then, told him that his brother's name is Roger, to which he replied, "Oh, yeh".  When I was able to visit him again, a couple of days later, he appeared to be doing much better, as the color had returned to his face, he did not appear to be in pain; &, all of the tubes, with the exception of the I.V. had been removed; &, his B.P. had dropped, considerably, nearing normal range of acceptability.  That night, his blood pressure rose again, sharply; &, he began vomiting.  I was able to visit him again, on the 23rd; &, his condition was much improved!  He was relocated to a ward-room on April 24th.  Of note:  I paid several visits to the hospital during the time of his hospitalization; however, I was only allowed to visit with him, 3 times, throughout the duration.

I believe that because Rodney chose to make a whole-hearted committment to serving God & answering the call to challenging church leadership, throughout The Philippines & beyond, that satan put a hit out on him, in an attempt to take him out; but, because of those of us who prayed, with full faith & confidence, in The Word of God to produce the Life which has already conquered death, not only will Rodney experience excellence of health; but too, complete restoration in every area of his Life!  He & his wife, Mairtes, have grown even closer, as a result of this experience!  To God be the glory & to Him is the victory:  Halleluah!!!  satan's wicked devices have, once again, failed miserably!!!

Monday, April 27th, 2009:  Surgical Strike!

One member of team ousted!  As a result of the disengenuiness of one of our former associates; & too, willingness to compromise; &, a betrayal of trust, 3 members agreed that the person, who engaged in this behavior, must be removed!  As such, I agreed to be the one to represent the others, as I related our decision to the one who has been ousted.  Sometimes, there are certain things that must be done!  I am not afraid to take whatever action becomes neccessary!  Now, we regroup & move forward!

Word of God delivered to me this evening, while attending a service at P.C.C., courtesy of Auckland, Antique Pastor Doming Alomonia:

IN THE AUTHORITY OF YESHUA,  I COMMAND YOU, RIGHT NOW, TO RELEASE  ALL FUNDING/FINANCES NECCESSARY TO THE CARRYING OUT  OF EVERY FACET OF BOTH YESHUAN & IPOCI MINISTRIES, FROM THIS DAY, GOING FORWARD; &, UNTIL THE END OF TIME!!!  BE IT ACCOMPLISHED ACCORDING TO THE WORD OF GOD; &, THAT, SOLELY FOR HIS GLORY!!!
